How can I pay for an order?

Do you have gift certificates?

At this time we are not offering gift certificates.

Do you accept paypal?

Not at this time.

What currency do you use on the website?

The currency is dependent upon which web store region you are in currently. Our United States region uses USD, our Canada region uses CAD, and our United Kingdom region uses GBP.

Can I buy a sold out item?

How do I place an order?

To place an order online, please follow these steps.

  • Navigate to a product page in our web store. For example purposes, head to our Softec Ultra Footbeds page.
  • Select the size you would like from the Size drop-down menu on the right side of the screen.
  • Click the Add to Cart button to add the product to your shopping cart. Once you click this button, you will be transported to your shopping cart. You will not be charged until you after you have entered your credit card information and hit the Place Order button.
  • On the Shopping Cart page you can change the quantity of the product(s) you'd like to order, remove the product from your cart, and review your order. If you change the quantity of the product(s) in your cart, you'll need to click on the Update Cart button to apply the changes.
  • If you would like to continue shopping, you can click on the Continue Shopping button. If you'd like to checkout, you can click on the Go To Checkout button.
  • Once you proceed to the Checkout, you'll be asked to enter your shipping information. If you're a new customer, please fill out the form and click the Next button. If you have placed an order with us before, you can look up your shipping info by entering your email and zip code.
  • If this item is a gift, you can click on the link to enter the shipping information for the recipient. You will still need to enter your information if you choose this option.
  • On the next screen you will be asked to choose your Shipping Method. Please choose the type of shipping you would like from the drop-down menu. We offer a number of different options depending upon to which country you are shipping. If you have any special shipping instructions, please enter them in the field. Once you are done, click the Next button.
  • On the Review & Payment screen you will be able to review your order and shipping information. You will also be asked to enter your credit card information and billing address.
  • Once you have entered your payment info, click the Place Order to submit your order. Your credit card will be charged when you hit the Place Order button.
  • Once you have placed your order, you will be redirected to the Receipt page which you can print for your records if you like. You will also be emailed a copy of your receipt. That's it, your order has been placed.

Can I get the price difference if an item goes on sale?

Can I send an item as a gift? If so, how does it work?

Yes, you can send an item as a gift. Please view the instructions below for more information:

  • Add your item(s) to your shopping cart as you would normally and proceed to the Checkout.
  • On the Ship To Address page, click the Is this order a gift? link.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions, entering the recipient's name and address.
  • Complete the Checkout process and the item(s) will be shipped to your gift recipient.

How do I make changes to items in my shopping cart?

Once you add an item to your shopping cart, you can either change the quantity of the item, or delete the item.

To delete an item from your cart, simply click on the Delete button.

To change the quantity of the item(s) in your cart, change the number in the Quantity field for each product, then click the Update Cart button to apply the changes.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

No. We don't offer gift wrapping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order on our Order Status page. Note, you'll need your order number and email address to look up your order.

Why haven't I received my order or shipping confirmation email?

Where do I find my order number?

Your Order Number can be found on the email confirmation message that was sent to you after placing your order.

Why was my order declined?

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card won't be charged until your order ships from our warehouse. However, you may notice a credit card authorization at the time of ordering.

Can I view my order history?

Yes, if you sign up for our Loyalty Program and login to your account. It only takes a few seconds, and gives you access to special discounts and first dibs on new products. Currently this is only available in the United States and Canada.
