"On
March 8, 2002 our seal of approval committee met to review your
application. All members of the committee had an opportunity to
look at your product and review all material data prior to the
meeting.

It
was the consensus of the committee that your product is the best
made arch support we have seen to date..."

"I have found an overwhelming number of people who have found the soles
helpful for problems ranging from plantar fasciitis to tendonitis in the ankle
and knee, runners in particular. I can guage how they respond and either continue
the devices for more minor problems or suggest custom orthotics for more severe
problems."
- Dr. Ben Pearl, DPM and Satisfied Customer
"I
find that I use your products for just about everything related
to mechanics - plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, but I also found
that I'm able to utilize these and modify them often for types
of tendonitis problems, shins splints, and mechanical types of
things like neuromas and bunions and hammer toes. I'm able to
add some padding to them and also mold them a little bit to the
patient.
I
think they've held up very well. I've been using them since last
summer at the APMA show and I think they're an excellent over-the-counter
product."

"I
found out about SOLE Custom Footbeds at the Seattle APMA show.
I basically talked to several podiatrists there, and that's how
I found out that they were having success. So, I tried it here,
and they were right. Convenience wise, it's fantastic. As far
as molding and dispensing goes, it's done within a 10-15 minute
period.
The
bottom line is that the positive feedback we've been getting from
patients is just fantastic. We're more than well satisfied.
We've
got geriatic patients purchasing them. We have a lot of runners
that are buying them now - just word of mouth - and we've got
a lot of mill workers here, that are on cement all day, and they
need something with a little more flexibility, because we do make
road orthotics, but we've had just as much success with this.
SOLE is excellent."

"I
have been using the custom soles now for about a week and have
noticed a significant improvement in the comfort of my feet vs.
the insoles that come with the boots. Working in the paramedical
field, I am standing for a good part of the day. Inside, as well
as outside in the weather. I would definitely recommend the insole
to anyone who is in a similar profession. Thanks again."

"I
informed you earlier about my thoughts on the fitting process,
now I would like to talk about my personal trial. I've been wearing
them in my work shoes every day since you sent them to me. As
you know, I am a Surgeon, and that means many hours standing,
and walking great distances around the hospital every day. I must
say that the stress on my lower back has been somewhat improved,
and my legs feel a little less tired at the end of an especially
long day. I have been using the "regular" orthotic,
and am thinking
about starting a trial with the thicker set soon."
- J. Christian Gunn, MD, Satisfied Customer
"I
would like to thank you for introducing me to your product, the"
Sole Orthotic ". From a personal perspective, I have been
using this insole for the past three months and am very impressed
with its comfort, support, and durability. I am a very active
person and participate in many high impact sports and can honestly
say that I have never tried another insole which comes this close
to the fit and comfort of my custom made functional orthotics.
This
product has also been a great help in my own private practice.
I encounter many situations with patients where a custom made
orthotic is either is not indicated or may not be affordable to
some patients, the "Sole" orthotic has been an excellent
alternative for these people. Many of my patients who already
have a set of custom made orthotics often pick up a set of "Sole's"
to be used for an alternate set of shoes. As a foot specialist,
I feel it is imperative for me to be able to offer my patients
a full spectrum of products which can be beneficial in treating
foot pathology. The Sole orthotic is an excellent product that
fits into many of my treatment plans."

"At
Arizona State University we have been looking for years
for a product that will supply a custom fit that can be
applied quickly and easily to our athletes. [SOLE Custom
Footbeds] have provided this feature to service our athletes.
The
greatest benefit we find is the ability to provide good
support with a semi-custom fit on the spot. The athlete
is able to leave our facility with corrections to certain
biomechanical deficiencies as soon as they are identified.
We have not eliminated the use of custom orthotics, but
certainly have reduced our need to utilize them in every
instance, thus saving the athlete time and expense. [SOLE
Custom Footbeds] have been a great addition to the service
we provide at Arizona State University."
