"I find that I use your products for just about everything related to mechanics - plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, but I also found that I'm able to utilize these and modify them often for types of tendonitis problems, shins splints, and mechanical types of things like neuromas and bunions and hammer toes. "When I first had heel pain, I went to the local WalMart and bought some Dr. Scholl's products, and they helped a little, and then the pain got worse, so I went to a podiatrist, and they gave me a series of cortizone shots, which helped slightly, but the pain was still there. They recommended a custom orthotic that I paid about $300 for. It never worked. They kept telling me to give it some time. I waited 3 months with pain trying the custom orthotics and gave up.
