NIKE+® iPod® Sport Kit
The Nike+* iPod** Sport Kit (not included with the DK+) includes a Nike+* chip and a receiver that plugs into the iPod** Nano or 2nd generation iPod Touch. The chip is placed inside the Nike+* shoe (or any shoe with the DK+ footbed). The chip acts as a pedometer, tracking speed and distance during a run with statistics displayed on the iPod** in real time. The feedback from the Nike+* iPod** Sport Kit is useful for both tracking progress during training and sharing results with other runners through online communities.
