PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to all websites and services offered by SOLE (Edge Marketing Corp.). Most Recent Update: May 20, 2011

What information does SOLE collect? We record your e-mail address when you sign up for our e-mail list. You can opt-out of this list at any time after signing up for it, and then your e-mail address is removed from our records. If you are a customer who has placed an order, we store your shipping and billing addresses, name, email, and phone number.

Does SOLE record server logs? Yes, when you visit our websites we may record your IP address (to direct you to the correct web store for your country), browser type (to optimize your web viewing), your web request (for optimizing your experience with the most relevant information), the time of your request and your interaction with our website.

Does SOLE keep e-mails that you send us? Yes, we store your communications with us in our customer database. That way we can respond to your requests, attend to your inquiries and provide better service. We may use your e-mail address to communicate with you.

Does yoursole.com link to sites outside of SOLE's control? We do not control sites we link to that are outside of the SOLE and ReCORK? families. This Privacy Policy only applies to SOLE websites. The sites to which we link, or that contain links to yoursole.com, may solicit information from you, collect your data or place cookies on your computer. We strive to only link to reputable companies that we trust.

If a customer sends in a testimonial or answers a SOLE survey, does SOLE use the response anywhere? We reserve the right to reproduce, in printed marketing materials, the web or email campaigns, any testimonials, survey responses, comments to SOLE Facebook postings or tweets directed at SOLE.

Will you share my information with anyone? We don't share any customer information with anyone, other than our own subsidiaries [our companies that are based in other countries (Edge Marketing Sales, SOLE UK Ltd.) and ReCORK? , our cork recycling partnership with Amorim].

Is my information secure with SOLE? We do not allow any unauthorized use, access, alteration or disclosure of information and we take appropriate measures to protect against this. Our encryption and security measures are reviewed quarterly by Security Metrics to make sure they are sufficiently robust. Personal information is processed on our servers in Canada.

Can I access and update my personal contact information? Beginning sometime in 2011, you will be able to access your personal information and update your billing and shipping addresses on yoursole.com.

For any use of personal information other than the purpose for which it was collected, we will first ask for your permission for use.
