They did what they were supposed to do
Was suffering from extreme pain on little toe, due partially to a previous surgery, and was referred to an orthopedic surgeon by my regular doctor. The orthapedic surgeon suggested that prior to another surgery I should try these orthodics from Sole, and a wider shoe. I did so, and after 6 weeks now, on my follow up visit this week; the place doesn't hurt nearly as bad.He suggest now that I should not have the surgery and keep on trying the orthodics. They did what they were supposed to do, and I have already recomended them to some friends and relatives. Thanks very much.

I installed a pair of Sole inserts in my hiking boots
I installed a pair of Sole inserts in my hiking boots about 18 months ago. Ever since I have had very painful hips after hiking. I have found that the sole insoles tip my feet to the outside putting undue stress on my hip muscles. Since removing the sole inserts and installing the original boot inserts my hips have be fine.

Happy to say they were love at first fit
I’ve been using Sole brand orthotics to correct my functional hallux limitus with associated exostosis (in other words – a painful bunion and flat feet).
I’ve tried a variety of orthotics (orthopaedic insoles that go in the shoes to correct poor alignment) with varying success. A couple of expensive custom-made pairs – one from a physiotherapist and the other a biomechanical podiatrist – were both failures for me. I then tried a pair of Tulis but they weren’t quite right. I then was given a pair of Superfeet which I liked even more. I think this is a good brand for many people. And then along came Sole and another sample for me to try. Happy to say they were love at first fit.
The Sole orthotics have a slim fit range which fit nicely into all of my shoes (of course they’re all roomy MBTs with removeable insoles which helps). Ideally, have them fit by a physiotherapist or podiatrist who can put the feet in the right position. In my case, I’ve been able to use them without the molding but probably would have an even better result with it. So now I carry Sole orthotics in my physiotherapy practice. For more complex biomechanical problems, I tend to send my patients to a local podiatrist.

I wish I had found them years ago
The Sole is simply fantastic and I wish I had found them years ago. A 140km ride and not a grumble at all from knees or hip. It's amazing. Usually after a long ride like that I have to take a couple of prescription anti inflammatories just to ease things along in recovery. But the Sole ensured a "perfect" fit and pedal stroke which meant, almost unbelievably, that neither during the session or once home and recovering I had no discomfort.
Another big hurdle they've passed is the "killer" turbo sessions my coach has me doing. Sitting on a static bike for two hours is never fun and in fact has caused me even more discomfort due to the lack of all round movement. Once again the Sole seems to be the bit of magic I have been missing. I honestly could not think higher of them. This positive feedback is totally regardless of the great customer service etc. If they didn't work I would simply just chalk it up. What more can I say than it's a great product which works! I honestly don't know how I coped without them now.
