How do I make a return?
If you are unsatisfied with your SOLE product for any reason, please bring it back to the point of purchase within 90 days.
For all product purchased directly from yoursole.com or yoursole.co.uk, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before you ship your product back to us. Please call 1 866 235 SOLE (7653) (0845 644 3742 in the UK) or send us an email to get your number from our Customer Service deptartment. When requesting your RA Number, please tell the customer service representative if you would like an exchange or your money back. Clearly label the outside of the returning package with your RA number. We are not responsible for items before we receive them, so please send by registered or insured mail.
How am I refunded for a cancelled or returned order?
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, your credit card has not been charged. Therefore, a refund is not required.
For orders that require a refund, the full amount will be credited back to your credit card, excluding shipping. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show up.
How do exchanges work?
For products purchased from a store, we would suggest returning to the point of purchase to do an exchange.

How do I return a defective item?

If you believe that your product may have a defect please email us with the information listed below. Unfortunately we are unable to perform repairs and can only replace with current product. Products with excessive wear and tear, incorrect care, or that have worn down simply due to extended use are not covered by our warranty.

Can I check my return status?
Yes. To check your return status, please call customer service toll free at 1 866 235 SOLE (7653). In the UK please call 0845 644 3742.
Can I exchange at a retail store?
If the product was purchased from the store, you should be able to exchange it there. If it was purchased from yoursole.com or yoursole.co.uk, you cannot exchange it at a store.
How can I donate a product I would like to return or exchange to Soles4Souls?
Soles4Souls collects new shoes to give relief to the victims of abject suffering and collects used shoes to support micro-business efforts to eradicate poverty.
If you have a pair of gently used footwear or footbeds you would like to return, you have the option of shipping them directly to Soles4Souls. This will not effect your return or exchange in any way. However, it will allow the footbeds or footwear to be put to a worthy use instead of ending up in a landfill.
SOLE will donate all eligible returns to Soles4Souls. To see if your return qualilfies, please contact Customer Service.
Note: this program is only available in the United States. At this point Soles4Souls is not collecting footwear in any other countries.
